Things to Know:
Resetting Student Passwords
Students are able to reset their password from home but they must have both a PSD device, and access to the Always-on VPN, called Poudre VPN.
1. To reset from home, ensure the computer has already been logged in, then press CTRL + ALT + DEL.
2. You will see an option to "Change a password", click this.
3. You will need to enter the Old password, then the New password, before confirming the New password.
4. Press the arrow pointing to the right to confirm and change the password.
5. You're all set!
For Students using a personal device during Remote Learning, if they have forgotten their password, or are having issues, you will need to reach out to your school to get help with resetting it. If you need further assistance, feel free to email Technical Support at email@example.com.
