I.T. was very lucky to work with many of you, our Community members, over the last year. We covered everything from turning on Student laptops and connecting to wifi, all the way up to sharing some frustrations we all experienced as we struggled through the effects of a Global Pandemic together.
Thank you for your time and patience throughout this process! There's no way we could have been where we are today without the time and effort everyone took to stay connected, learn from one another, and be okay with asking for help.
As we move into this next season, the Community Support Phone Number and Email will be turned off June 4th, a Friday. Although these were a big part of our COVID-19 response as a District, this change will allow us to continue to "return to normal" as a District and Community.
Now, you might be wondering, "Wait, where do I get Technical Support, then?" and that's a great question! For those Parents and Guardians with students in Summer School programs, please reach out to the school where your student is attending that program.
For all others returning next year, you will need to reach out to your student's enrolled school.
You can also continue to use this site, the Community Tech Portal, where you will find helpful guides, videos, and more for any Technical Support needs.
