Clearing the Cache

  

Sometimes we experience some irregular behavior when browsing the internet, it's a thing. Maybe our favorite site isn't loading correctly or a web app isn't working the way it should. By Clearing your Browser's cache (also known as "Clearing the Cookies") you are giving your browser a fresh opportunity to load those assets correctly. 

1.  Select the 3 dots in the right-hand corner of your Chrome window. 

2.  Select 'History' from the Options menu.

3.  Select 'History' once more from the fly-out menu.

4.  Click the 3 horizontal bars in the upper-left of the new screen.

5.  Select 'Clear browsing data' from the left menu.

6. Click the 'Time range' drop-down menu (A) and then select 'All time' (B).

7.  Make sure all 3 of the checkboxes are checked.

8.  Click the 'Clear data' button.

9.  You're All Set! You can no successfully Clear the Cache in Chrome.

Tip: Want a quick way to get to the Clear Browsing Data window? Press CTRL + SHFT + DEL on your keyboard.
