As we are only given a limited number of licenses to install Microsoft Office, we sometimes need to free these licenses up so we can install them on new devices such as personal devices at home. This guide will walk you through getting this done.
1. Go to https://mail.psdschools.org on an internet browser and click “Sign in” using your PSD Credentials.
2. Click the circular Account Icon in the upper-right (A), then “My account” (B).
3. Click the “View apps & devices” button.
Tip: Here you can see there is 1 license used for each computer you install Office on, up to 5 computers, but more licenses are available for Tablets and Mobile Devices. Pretty neat!
4. On the new screen, click “Devices” (A) which will expand down to show you all of your Devices currently using licenses. Find a device you wish to remove a license from and click, “Sign out” (B).
5. Click “Sign out” in the pop-up that appears to finish the process.
6. You’re all set! You now know how to Remove Licenses for Office 365.
