Creating a Folder in Your Email

 

Keep your lnbox organized by placing Messages into folders and subfolders. After you create new folders, simply drag and drop messages into them. Follow the instructions below to learn more.

 

We have broken this guide into 2 sections:

 

Outlook on your Computer

1.  Click on the Folder tab in the Menu (A), then "New Folder" (B).

2.  Name your Folder (A), select where you want it to live (B), and then click "OK" (C).

3.  You're all set! You can now create Folders in Outlook on your Computer.

 

Outlook on the Web

1.  Navigate to https://mail.psdschools.org in your Internet Browser.

2.  Right-mouse click on the Folder in which you wish to the new Folder (A), then "Create new subfolder" (B).

3.  Name the Folder and then press "Enter".

4.  You're all set! You can now Create Folders on Outlook on the Web.
