Managing Notifications from Teams

Manage General Notifications in Microsoft Teams

  1. Click your profile picture in the upper-right corner of Teams.
  2. Click the gear for "Settings".
  3. In the Settings menu, select "Notifications".
  4. You can now customize how you will be notified of activities in Teams. Keep in mind, “off” isn’t always an option for all the features, so select the best option for you.
