What Is ParentVUE?

ParentVUE is an online portal/mobile app that allows parents and guardians access to information related to students in the district for whom they are legal guardian(s) or have rights to educational records under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).

What Should I Do If I Have Not Received or Cannot Find My Activation Key Letter?

If you have not received or cannot find your activation letter, please contact your child’s school. School staff will assist you with activating your ParentVUE account.

What If I Have Questions or Issues with ParentVUE?

If you have additional questions or issues with ParentVUE, please contact your child’s school for assistance.

What Should I Do If I Have Forgotten My ParentVUE Username and Password?

If you have forgotten your username or password, click the "More Options" button on the ParentVUE login page, click the "Forgot Password" link, and follow the prompts. If you are on the mobile app, select "Forgot Password" directly below your login information, and follow the prompts.

If you need to check again follow these steps:


1. Navigate to the Services Tracker page through the ParentVUE Portal

2. Click on the Student for whom you wish to view the status of a specific waiver.

3. Choose the Category on the left that best fits the Waiver you are looking for. 

Example: "Assessment" for CMAS Opt-In/Out.

4. Click the specific Application you wish to view from the right panel.

5. Scroll to the bottom where you will see the Date the consent was digitally signed, the School Year, Student Information, and the Current Consent.
