May Tech Update For Students and Families


Hello PSD families! We are that much closer to Summer Break and as such, we want to give you some important information on some hot topics. 

 

2024-25 Report Cards

  • Elementary report cards will be posted in ParentVUE (PVUE) and StudentVUE (SVUE) portals by 4 PM Thursday, May 29, 2025.
  • Secondary report card processing varies by school and will post on PVUE and SVUE.
     

Class Schedules and ParentVUE

Class schedules for 2025-26 will be available in ParentVUE & StudentVUE (Secondary students) on the following dates:

  • August 8th: Elementary and Middle Schools
  • August 1st: High Schools

    Note: K-12, 6-12 schools will likely be open August 1st but please check the school websites for specific information.
     

Applications Available Over the Summer

Students returning to a PSD school in the 2025-26 school year will have access to currently rostered applications through Clever until approximately July 8th.

Students Participating in Summer Programming

All students participating in online or in-person PSD programs (secondary summer school, high dosage tutoring, etc.) may keep their current PSD device.

  • When device needs are completed, you can drop off your device on July 15th in Poudre School District Information Technology (ITC building) East Parking Lot.
  • Note: Students not engaged in summer PSD programs are expected to check in their PSD devices prior to the end of the school year.
     

Scheduled Maintenance on Saturdays

IT performs regularly scheduled maintenance the 3rd Saturday of every month

  • We will be sending messaging throughout next year notifying students and families.
